The colours are contrasting in the figure, in which the vibrant reds and blues in the face work against each other generously. However, as it moves down towards the jacket, the colours start to go dull.
One of my favourite bits is the difference in textural surfaces throughout the piece. Falco's face looks feathered, his eyes glossy, and his headpiece looks metallic. Unfortunately, the texture (as well as value) becomes flat as it gets to the jacket. This part of the piece just feels unfinished, if only just a bit. A little bit of reworking would fix it up just fine.
Alright, Overall seem to be look perfect, the color, the pose, background and other. I think it's just the right eye position seem to be.... need to rotate a bit to left from this view. ( like 3D I mean)
I think that's all, the right eye position doesn't seem to be look alright. But The overall still look perfect :3

His left eye kinda bothers me for some reason, but I can't put my finger on it though.
Overall, great job on this.
I also love how you included the different planets from StarFox64 in the background.
